Nestled on a former pineapple plantation in Maui, Kauhikoa Core House redefines compact living with a unique prefabricated Core module at its center. Designed by Spiegel Aihara Workshop, this 812-square-foot home features dynamic shed roof volumes, blending harmoniously with its natural surroundings. The open layout connects indoor and outdoor spaces, with teak panel screens providing filtered light and ventilation. Custom-made Indonesian furniture and natural materials enhance the minimalist interiors, while stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Haleakalā volcano complete this architectural masterpiece.
