જ્યારથી વડોદરામાં સૌથી લાંબો બ્રિજ શરુ થયો છે, ત્યારથી જ બ્રિજની ગુણવતા સામે સવાલો ઉઠી રહ્યા છે, અવાર નવાર બ્રિજના ઉખડતાં પોપડા બ્રિજની કામગીરીમાં ભ્રષ્ટ્રાચાર તરફ અંગુલીનિર્દેશ કરે છે,કરોડોના ખર્ચે બનેલા બ્રિજની ગુણવતા સામે સવાલ થાય છે પણ તેનો જવાબ આપવાનું મ્યુ.કમિશનરને ગમતું નથી કારણ શું હોય તે ખબર નહિ, પણ ક્યાંક દાળમાં જરુર કાળું છે અને જાણીતા સામાજિક આગેવાન શૈલેષ અમીને પણ બ્રિજની કામગીરીમાં ત્રુટીઓ હોવાના આક્ષેપ કરી સવાલો ઉઠાવ્યા છે.
