JSW Infrastructure has fixed the price band for its upcoming initial public offer (IPO) at Rs 113-119 per share. The public offer of the ports business of Sajjan Jindal-led JSW Group will run for subscription from September 25 to September 27. The IPO, which is a first from JSW Group in nearly 13 years, is completely a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 2,800 crore. The company had filed the draft prospectus with Sebi in May this year.
