How To Be A Bartender - Bartending Tips For Beginners

Majority of our money a bliant share of money id through tips, again it goes back being understanding and being a good person being a listener, being a good bartender. So somebody comes on and you have a bad attitude, you have bad attitude, you have bad attitude you probably shouldn't get any tips, it’s just the way the world works. If somebody comes in having a bad and you think they gonna tip you poorly and you're nice to them, you treat them well, you probably get a better tips, though you remember they’ll come in ask for you, at Christmas, at Hannukah, at Easter they will you like, come here hey here’s ample for you happens all the time, it’s the weirdest thing, it’s like tipping the milkman and back in the fifties, that’s how we make our money, treating people well being fast being attentive, never losing your temper even when it’s slamming busy, you keep laundry, What's going on your head, and you know that person's next, that person’s next, if that person yelling at you, you can be mean and say, don’t yell at me, I just go, just give me a second be right there. If I yell at them chances is they will not gonna tip me, if I ignore them chances they’re not gonna tip me. Even though they are rude to me, I get it, I know they are in a busy bar and they want a drink, it’s annoying and it sucks but if i’m rude to them, I’m not gonna get money from them and they're not gonna come back so that’s how you kinda maximize your tips, you’re good to people, stand your ground be tough, do your job, don’t get away with free but if you can be nice to people while still doing that.
