New York City lawmakers have voted to ban flavored electronic cigarettes. The City Council voted Tuesday to ban all e-cigarette and e-liquid flavors except tobacco. Opponents of the ban say flavored e-cigarettes have helped tobacco smokers quit. (Nov. 26)
