I’m smoking a meatloaf on my Masterbuilt smoker at 300° and it comes out perfectly juicy with a great smoke ring — and it’s done in about an hour and a half.
This is my wife’s meatloaf recipe made with:
Half ground beef, half ground pork
Eggs, onion, and breadcrumbs
Smoked low and steady for incredible flavor
If you’ve only ever baked meatloaf in the oven, you need to try it in the smoker. Simple, easy, and hard to mess up.
