Dplava Island Dream -
There is a little girl who lived in the island that living with big dream. Doing all her Balinese activities which is making porosan using plawa leaves is one of the Balinese offering. Plawa leaves remind her to a bottle of spirit in the bar called "Dplava Spiced Rum" that leads her to her big dream become a famous bartendress. In this cocktail using "Tropical Green Island Syrup" homemade from Tropical Banana, Green Pandan yoghurt and traditional sticky rice or in Bali island we called "Jaje Lukis" . The colour of cocktail means nature and peaceful with creamy sweet sour taste.
Ingredient & Qty:
50 ml Dplava Spiced Rum
30 ml Tropical Green Island Syrup
15 ml Lemon juice
Egg white emulsifier
Method : Dry Shake • Shake • Double Strain
Garnish : Banana Cracker
Glass : Martini glass
