Our favourite way to eat scallops is aburi (grilled) style from Sydney fish market 😍
@peterssydneyfishmarket has an epic aburi bar where you can get all sorts of grilled seafood, the scallops are 3 for $18 and each shell comes with 2 scallops, cheese and rice all torched for a Smokey flavour 🙌🏼🙌🏼
The line here gets pretty long especially on the weekends so be prepared for a bit of a wait… but we think it’s worth it!
