Описание: On March 17, 2021, on Pier 17 in San Francisco, Orbillion Bio (www.orbillion.com) showed off their delicious meat in a world premiere. Cultivated Wagyu beef, lamb and wild elk were presented to a select group of people. Prepared by chef Laurine Wickett from Left Coast Catering and paired with wines from Satyre Winery, tasters were raving about the flavor of the dishes!
