Algebra - Dummit Foote then Artin ( selected chapters)
( additional- notes on Group theory by Kumaresan)
Analysis - first reading Kumaresan then problems from Rudin
Metric topology- first reading Kumaresan metric space ( whole) then metric topology by Searcoid
Linear algebra - first reading from Friedberg then problems from Hoffman Kunz ( additional - expository article By S Kumaresan on structure of linear maps)
For GS-2- problems from the book "Berkley problems in mathematics"
And for the text books above mentioned should be done with corresponding exercises
