Ever-Brite solar light is advertised to last 5-years and has a 30 day return policy. The light only lasts about three months before the battery fails and the light quits working.
This light is made in China and is low quality, it does perform well as intended. The problem is the battery goes bad and it becomes disposable. WorldPackUSA tried to sell me a new light and said 'There is no battery, its solar' and recommended to recycle the defective light.
The L-Ion battery can be replaced, it requires soldering and the light will be restored to like new condition.

Overall, the marketing company uses deceptive advertising by claiming the light will last 5-years knowing there is a short life by limiting the warranty period to only 30-days.
