REGARDING NOXIOUS WEEDS
Consider approval of Ordinance No. 2261 amending Chapter 8, Article 2 of
the Augusta City Code by removing Section 8-207 (Noxious Weeds),
eliminating duplicative reference to state statute and clarifying that weed
enforcement within the City shall be addressed under the City’s existing
nuisance and tall grass regulations.
