Bartlett & West continues our Cross Pollination series with a presentation from employee-owners who specialize in assessing and improving facilities sites for BNSF Railway. This video focuses on projects in two facilities: a drop table in Havre, Montana, and a wheel lathe in Lincoln, Nebraska.
The internal presentation, held live on December 10, 2025, was led by Joey Blackwell, project manager; other team members included Russell Yarnell, Jayde Lovejoy and Tiffany Wax.
Employee-owners showed how they contribute to the project through on-site assessment, engineering, attention to potential environmental impact and project management.
