Rather than buying a Bench Mount repair stand, I 3D printed parts to convert my Park Tool stand. The conversion parts cost about $10, compared to $180, and still use the Park Tool clamp mechanism.

The model you download is slightly beefier than the printed part in this video to add more torsional rigidity. You can also adjust the height, and width of the model.
