As the co-founder of the neoliberal theory of international relations and a pioneer of the concept of soft power, Dr Nye is a world renowned academic and former Dean of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
In 2014 Nye was appointed to the Foreign Affairs Policy Board by then Secretary of State John Kerry and has also served under President Bill Clinton as the
Chairman of the National Intelligence Council.
