🌶️ Ingredients ( Pav Bhaji)
5 TBSP - Coriander seeds
3 TBSP - Cumin seeds
2 TBSP - Fennel seeds
10 - Cloves
3 - Bay leaf
2 - Star anise
1 TSP - Dry ginger Powder
1 TSP - Turmeric Powder
6 TBSP - Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 TSP - Salt
1 TBSP - Aamchur Powder
3 - Black Cardamom
(Dry roast on low flame, cool completely, then grind to a fine powder)
