Описание: If you are putting your house up for sale, particularly on the MLS with a real estate agent, check to see if you have any open permits. An open permit can delay, and in the extreme case, cancel a sale. Buyers will be advised by their agent and attorney to ensure all permits are closed before the Closing. For sellers, this can be as simple as a retro inspection or, worst case scenario, complete rip and replace the work that was done. But, there are those buyers who do not care.
