Broadcast Solutions delivered the first of two identical OB vans to Belgium broadcaster RTBF and NEP Belgium. The vehicle works in full IP on the basis of SMPTE 2110. Building the OB and its delivery to the customer were handled in time with special precautions during COVID-19. In this video Geert Thoelen, Technical Director at NEP Belgium, explains the motifs behind the OB design, the technology used and working on such a project during the COVID-19 pandemic.
