This hauntingly beautiful version is sung by Johanna Grüssner: • Höstvisa
The original lyrics are actually even gayer, for example the lines "now caring and sharing are things that matter most / in getting through these hard times together" are actually more along the lines of "one thing is important and that is the heart's desire and to be together". (using google translate; I don't know Swedish lol)
I was listening to the Moomin Voices soundtrack (the Swedish one) and the lyrics of this one reminded me of Moomintroll and Snufkin's relationship, though it doesn't fit them completely (it grown-up versions of them more tbh), and I thought what's better than a Snufmin MV made with a song that Tove Jansson herself wrote!?
Plus it's September now which means it's autumn in my eyes!
I think this is the best - or at least one of the best - MVs I've made and I'm pretty proud of it! I especially love the chorus :')
