1. Niacinamide this is the 3rd ingredient, helps suppress the spread of pigments, also helps regulate sebum production.

2. Arbutin line 2 which is 3rd ingredient Arbutin reduces melanin formation, improving the appearance of age spots, freckles, melasma, and post-inflammatory pigmentation. It's a naturally occurring compound found in the bearberry plant. 

3. Acetyl Glucosamine line 3 6th ingredient best for skin brightening, calming and very hydrating the skin . Best serving 2-5% which they did here

4. Gotu Kola on line 4 skin healing and anti inflammatory properties.. inflammation is one of key trigger of pigmentation so this is great.

5. Licorice - antioxidant and brightening properties , it control oil production. This makes it great for sensitive, Rosacea or acne-prone skin

Also contains tumeric, Konjac root extract, 3 forms of peptides , jojoba seed oil and sodium hyaluronate, sh-Oligopeptide- 1, sh-Polypeptide-2, sh-
Polypeptide-77, these are all good but not active to enough impact the hyperpigmentation on the skin.
