Описание: The Designing Citizen-Centered Public Service Improvements Program is an initiative that helps government agencies view services from clients’ perspectives so they can develop holistic and innovative solutions. Participating agencies underwent a series of workshops to identify areas for improvement and generate potential solutions.

They will be presenting updates about their solutions as well as results from their implementation during the sharing session from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN on 7 December 2021.
