In an age of new media and within a culture that is constantly inventing new ways to share information, modes and media for Torah learning are being disrupted and renewed. This class will contextualize these changes within the tradition of media shifts documented in rabbinic sources, and consider some of the ethical questions inherent in these technological shifts. How might we align new media with our learning goals, as individuals and as a community?
