Arabian pudding
INGREDIENTS:
Milk, Bread, Milkmaid, Harnik Caramel Powder, Amul Fresh Cream, Saffron, Almonds
In each container Baking tray put slices of bread (sides removed) and keep aside.
Then boil half liter milk and add 1 box of harniks caramel (for this recipe, , we only need the powder) and 4 tbsp condensed milk, cook for 3 -4 min then combine 100gm condense milk &100gm fresh cream pour over the bread in the container/tray & soak well then pour cooked caramel milk you should pour enough to drown the slices well and go slightly above the bread level).
Keep the boxes/tray aside for 1 hour to set.
Meanwhile, mix Amul fresh cream 150grm & 100gm condense milk for topping a pinch of saffron soaked in water,
Mix well and keep in the fridge till your pudding is set.
Once the pudding is set spread a layer of the prepared cream on tray. Sprinkle some sliced almonds and close the container.
And let it chill in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
