I’m 55, out of shape, and apparently decided to climb a mountain. What could go wrong?
In this video, I’m kicking off my new series "Couch to Kilimanjaro", where I document the entire (slightly unhinged) journey of going from sedentary to summit. I’m autistic, stubborn, and wildly under-prepared, so naturally, I’ve chosen to climb the tallest mountain in Africa.
This is going to be a two-year adventure involving training, gear, mindset shifts, probably a few meltdowns, and definitely snacks. I’ll be sharing everything here - raw, real, and with plenty of humour. Because that's how I cope.
