Whilst details are still a bit sketchy, I've watched Craig Houston's podcasts for a good while now and I don't believe he's incited abuse against a councillor who made, in my opinion, racist comments. Whilst never agreeing with abuse, I think she probably brought much of that on herself, with her seemingly, at best, disrespectful words.
