If you're webmail, OWA or DesktopAnyWhere isn't working with CAC, try this fix. I use this method all the time considering how difficult it is to view email from home while teleworking. Another great reason for implementing is if your account in DesktopAnywhere is asking for you to recreate your email. Log in with this method and problem fixed.

Ensure Air Force CAC certificates are installed:
1. Open up IE or Chrome
2. Type in: https://usaf-my.dps.mil/
3. Log in with your non-email cert
4. Top left-hand corner select the 9 dots next to Office 365
5. Next select Outlook
