Описание: Confidence is increasing for a powerful Nor'easter to develop along the East Coast later this week with the potential for multiple days of heavy rain, strong winds, and coastal impacts for areas already impacted by rough surf from Hurricanes Humberto & Imelda. Anywhere from the Carolinas northward to southern New England is at risk. However, questions remain in terms of how far north the low will make it up the coast given the influence of strong high pressure to the north.
