A consultant to national governments and international organisations, Pearl Kupe is the former general manager of communications at Transnet, South Africa’s largest transport & freight logistics company. With her Masters degree in Law and PGD in Dispute Resolution, Pearl has worked as the public prosecutor for the Botswana attorney general and in the area of social dialogue and labour law reform in Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, South Africa and Zimbabwe.

Pearl is a certified business coach and teaches on leadership, communication, education and gender issues. She is also the CEO of WE CARE International, an organisation that drives community engagement projects all over the world.
