Yeah, Lysandre's theme was used in Team Flare's battles in the prototype, presumably as a placeholder. It even has the gun load sound!
Meanwhile, Lysandre's theme was... the placeholder music, A.K.A. the Black 2 and White 2 battle theme.
This was discovered in the recent Game Freak Teraleak.
