'Death Valley National Park' Road Trip, Nevada, USA, (May 1980) : 35mm Kodak Kodachrome Film Reel 4K

Описание: My late Grandparents left behind a treasure trove of old 'Kodachrome' 16mm and 35mm film reels from March 1969 right up until the late 1980s. I have plans to convert and edit the footage via Capcut into 4K to preserve and enhance the decades old footage and add some background music to make it fun.

All footage was recorded by my late Grandparents and family friends using a 'Braun Nizo 156 Macro' Cinefilm Camera and there are some real gems on here. Stay tuned for more exciting finds.

This footage shows the infamous ‘Death Valley’ National Park in May 1980. One of the most dangerous and extremely humid places in not just the USA, but the entire world.

Never ever go alone out here. It is extremely hot there, you can even cook an egg on the bonnet of a truck or car and without water or petrol, you could die in seconds or an hour. Extreme caution is strongly ordered and advised when visiting here due to these conditions. Whilst my family were ok, others might not be.

Also on here is 'Furnace Creek', 'Lone Pine', ‘Tom’s Place’, 'Mount Whitney' Ranger Station and 'The Trails Motel', right next to an old 1880s Wild West Ghost Town' .
