NVRC was pleased to host a webinar on Wednesday, April 9, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (EDT), for a discussion about the origins and functions of the BMW STEP program – a unique workforce apprenticeship development program for auto-technicians.
This webinar explored ways that the STEP program has evolved and operates in the U.S, the ways that elements of the Dual System in Germany might have informed STEP’s evolution, and the opportunities affecting further applications of the STEP program in Northern Virginia to electric vehicles.
