1 (16 ounce/454g) bag trader joe's pizza dough
3 ouces (85) spinach chopped
1/2 (4 ounces/56g) tub trader joe's vegan cream cheese
1/2 head of garlic (about .75 ounces/20g), chopped
2 Gold potatoes thinly sliced (about 18.5 ounces/530g)
1/2 lemon juiced
Oil or flour for helping pizza not to stick
Salt and pepper to taste
