Mont Tremblant - Le Soleil Express

Описание: Le Soleil is a four-person detachable chairlift located at Mont Tremblant Ski Resort. The lift runs from the Casino Mont-Tremblant up to the summit of the resort. From the top of the chairlift, skiers and riders may access all of Versant Soleil, which features a few long trails for all ability levels. Additionally, from the top of the lift, skiers and riders may access the North and South sides of the resort. The chairlift was manufactured by Doppelmayr and installed at the resort on the South Side of the resort as the top to bottom Tremblant Express. In 1998, the lift was replaced by the Gondola and relocated to its current location.

Mont Tremblant Ski Resort is a ski area located in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, Canada. The resort is located in southwestern Quebec, about a 90-minute drive northwest of Montreal and a two-hour drive northeast of Ottawa, Ontario. The ski resort is divided into four main areas, centered around a single peak. The South Side (Versant Sud) is the most popular area of the mountain and offers a variety of terrain for all ability levels and access to the main base village. Versant Soleil is also located on the south side of the mountain and features a few long trails that lead down to the Casino Mont-Tremblant. The North Side (Versant Nord) is geared more towards intermediate and advanced skiers and features long and uninterrupted steep trails. Also located on the north side of the mountain is The Edge (Le Edge), the smallest area of the mountain, which features a few advanced trails and glades. With over 600 acres of skiable area, Mont Tremblant is the largest ski area in Quebec and Eastern Canada. The resort is owned by Alterra Mountain Company and is a popular destination on the company's Ikon Pass products.
