Want clean, shadow-free edge-lit letters? 🔧
Attach 12V LED blocks to the PVC, solder and varnish both positive and negative wires at each end.
Drill holes in the thermo-wood to route the wires to the transformer.
Secure the PVC and letters using screws and glue — use a taped guideline or kraft-paper template for perfect alignment, and avoid staples to prevent shorts.
