Описание: We recently came across this clip we still had on file from a sludge thickening pilot a few years ago. The Wave Separator was successfully used to thicken sludge from fats, oil, grease and septic (FOG) material at a solid-liquid separation facility in Knoxville, TN. Aside from the effective separation results, it was the exceptionally low energy and maintenance requirements paired with low polymer consumption that gave the Wave Separator the upper hand in a direct comparison with a centrifuge. FOG material is known to be challenging to separate and it can easily blind the filtration surface; but the Wave's ability to process material with high fat or oil content is second to none.
