For sale 2012 ESP EX Explorer in Black with Diamond Plate.

EX Diamond Plate is one of two Explorer models in the ESP Standard EX series. It comes with a solid and single-cut body made of mahogany and a set in neck made of mahogany, as well. All-mahogany construction is taken from the classic Gibson`s Explorer models and ensures a strong and thick tone with an exceptionally tight low end (this makes EX Diamond Plate perfect for rhythm guitar duties in a hard rock/metal band). Black colour with Diamond Plate finish is the only colour option for this great six-stringer. It is fit with black nickel hardware. Tune-o-matic bridge with a stop tail bar follows the Explorer tradition and the EMG 81/60 combo in the front is on the classic `80s metal trail. It has 3-way toggle switch, one volume pot and a kill switch instead of the second pot. Mahogany neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.

The guitar is in very good condition for a pointy guitar. It has some light scratches and some small dings as you would expect from used instrument. Most notable is a small chip on one of the pointy ends. Some wear on the diamond plate full body pick guard. Apart from that it is perfect working order. Frets are like new.
Overall great sounding and looking instrument.
