Today in Budokai 3 I’m going to be playing through Broly's Dragon Universe at max level. And I don’t mean level 99 max level, I mean max, max level.

Budokai 3 has a level 99 level cap and it is impossible to max out all 7 stats without cheating. So, yes I cheated.
