Never just dive straight into your workout, even if you’re pushed for time. It’s important to make sure that your muscles are warmed up and ready, or you could cause yourself an injury. In this video, Helena takes you through a 7-minute warm up of mobility stretches to get your heart pumping and muscles firing.
