Описание: В этом видео мы хотим более подробно показать принцип работы нашей новой Карамелережущей машины.

Для производства конфет на видео мы использовали:
Карамелеобкаточную машину
Калибрующую машину
Тепловой стол 80х60
Карамелережущую машину


После обкатки в Карамелеокаточной машине карамельный жгут подается в Калибрующую машину.
На Калибрующей машине стоят две пары роликов, которые выдают жгут диаметром 20 мм.
После калибровки жгут нарезается на отрезки длиной до 30 см.
Далее отрезки жгута еще раз руками прокатываются на тепловом столе, так как могли потерять свою форму, пока мы их нарезали.
И следующим этапом подаются на резку в Карамелережущую машину.

Диаметр готовых конфет после резки составляет 22-23 мм.

Также хотим заострить внимание, что карамельный жгут подается на резку ТЕПЛЫМ.

Холодную карамель на данной машине не режут.

In this video we want to show in more detail the principle of operation of our new Disc Candy Cutter machine.

For the production of candies on video, we used:
Batch roller machine
Rope Sizer machine
Hot table 80x60
Disc Candy Cutter machine

After running in the Batch roller machine, the caramel rope is fed into the Rope Sizer machine.
There are two pairs of rollers on the Rope Sizer machine, which produce a 20 mm diameter rope.
After calibration, the candy rope is cut into segments up to 30 cm long.
Next, the segments of the rope are once again rolled by hand on the Hot table, as they could lose their shape while we cut them.
And the next step is to be cut into the Disc Candy Cutter machine.

The diameter of finished candies after cutting is 22-23 mm.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the caramel rope is fed WARM for cutting.

Cold caramel is not cut on this machine.
