I’m celebrating ✌🏽 milestones!

Описание: Two years ago I took a big step out of my comfort zone and started a YouTube channel. I wanted a way to connect with friends on the mainland and to share my Pilates knowledge with an online community. 2 years and over 300 videos later, here we are! Although it’s been time consuming and difficult at times, I am excited to watch it grow and change…stay tuned, I may be releasing an online subscription service with even more videos and tailored workouts!

I know I’m a few months late but back in March I celebrated my ✨10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY✨ of being a Pilates Instructor! WHAT?! I can’t believe I graduated with a Comprehensive Pilates Certification from @balanced_body back in 2013. Talk about a journey. I’ve learned so much over the years, not only about Pilates and being an instructor but about myself, my teaching style and how what I once thought as a side job turned into a fulfilling and flexible career.

My style is a mix of athletic and energetic with attention to detail. I’ve had many injuries during my dance career so I know what it’s like to want to move but needing to work around certain restrictions. I’m great with trouble shooting around various issues while still being encouraging and motivating. I’ve worked with a wide spectrum of clients - from professional dancers and athletes to pre and postnatal women to multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injury clients and everything in-between.
