In this video, I chat about Therapeutic Brushing (a.k.a. the Wilbarger Brushing Protocol). I give a brief overview of the technique, share our family's reasons for using it, discuss the materials needed, the benefits of using the technique, the "do's" and "don'ts" and offer a brief demonstration of the technique.
