This unique geological formations create a trully incredible lunar landscape, that enchants any who will hike there.

Follow us on our journey to hike and explore the White Mountains of Crete. In the span of 20 episodes we will hike in the alpine desert, reach thhe most extraordinary peaks, visit their breathtaking gorges.

In this episode we hike in the amazing line that the peaks of Dochi , Kakovoli and Goniasmata form. We have perfect view of the mountain dessert and the eere area of the Black Pits or Mavri Lakkoi in Greek. This is an incredible area with an otherworldly atmosphere.
the contrasting landscapes that the White Mountains form are a sight to behold.
