Meerut was the most affected city in Uttar Pradesh as protesters turn aggressive and torched the Shobhapur Police outpost in Kankarkheda area. Several government buses and private vehicles were also burnt by mobs. A bus carrying passengers was also attacked by protesters with stones and bricks.
