This morning’s topic — “Self Witnessing Revisited: Understanding the ‘secret practice’”

Over the last couple weeks, we have taken another look at self remembering and then self observation, two of the most important practices that Mr. Gurdjieff brought to the West. This morning, we are going to go into detail on the third practice in the set, the one that actually isn’t talked about or taught much at all, as far as we know.

Self witnessing is the third step in the three-part process that starts with self observation. It allows a person to develop the skills to operate from the Awake state and to move with flow through the world.

So lets take a deep dive into this practice, how to do it, and how to use it in the world.
