• 1/2c Canola Oil
• 1/4c Fresh Lime Juice
• 2 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
• 3 Cloves Garlic (Pressed)
• 1 Green Onion Chopped
• 1 Jalapeño Minced
• 1 tsp Bubba's Meat Beater Rub
• 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

🔥CHIMICHURRI🔥
• Handful Flat Leaf Parsley
• 1/2 Handful Cilantro
• 1 Med Shallot
• 1/2- 1 tsp Crushed Red pepper Flakes
• 4 Cloves Garlic
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
• Wack of fresh Cracked Pepper
• 3 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
• About 1/2c EVOO
• 1TBS Jalapeño Minced

🔥Bubba's Meat Beater Rub🔥
• 1TBS Kosher Salt
• 1TBS Black Pepper
• 1TBS Garlic Powder
• 1TBS Onion Powder
• 1/2 tsp Jalapeno Powder
• 1 tsp Sweet Paprika
• 1 tsp Dry Ground Mustard
• 1/2TBS Fine Ground Coffee
• 1/2TBS Italian Seasoning
• 1/2tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
