Описание: The spiccato off-the-string bowstroke can be tricky when it comes to finding a balance between flexibility and stability in the arm, wrist, and fingers. In this video we look at how spiccato is related to detache, sautille, and colle - and how understanding this can help us solve the question regarding how much flexibility is really needed. Sometimes too much flexibility can create inconsistency in the sound. It's up to us to continue experimenting and discovering as we develop this bowstroke.
