Far too often, tutorials on building the frames of combat robot require expensive CNC Mills and other similar machines. In this tutorial I show you how to create a simple aluminum frame using an easily built template and a jigsaw.
For this tutorial, I use:
A 3D Printer
A Cordless Jigsaw
Some Simple Hand Tools
1/8" thick 6061 Aluminum
