Avoid these MISTAKES as a Property Investor

Описание: This is the first of a series of videos where I will focus on real estate and property investment from the perspective of a professional investor with more than 25 years of international experience. I have both made and lost millions in my career so I know a thing of two about what to do and, more importantly what NOT to do.

I have bought, sold, built and managed real estate assets all the way from Midtown Manhattan to Downtown Dubai. From my hometown of Dublin I have structured deals in places like London, Madrid and Doha all went as far as the developing world when I put an office development deal together in Accra, Ghana.

This video is really just an introduction to the channel so you can decide whether you want to learn more and perhaps become a subscriber. I can guarantee the stuff you will learn here will be different to the stuff you learn elsewhere because the vast majority of people do not like to share their biggest fails - but the biggest lessons come from those losses.

My aim here is to help make you a smarter and wiser investor, someone who can avoid the distractions and shiny objects and remain focussed and disciplines, to develop both your skills and your mindset for long term success.
