About Sons of Hades

Born from the tempest-wracked core of Athens, Sons of Hades channel the darkness of Venom, Celtic Frost, Bathory, and Emperor, merging the savage energy of early black metal with the traditional strength of heavy metal riffcraft.

Formed in 2023 by guitarist and vocalist Apostolis K. (Demolition Train, Winter Eternal), joined by Vasilis K. (Demolition Train) on guitars, Alex G. (Nightbreed) on bass, and Vangelis F. (Sacral Rage, Necrovorous, Chainsaw) on drums, the band forges a sound that’s both aggressive and steeped in atmosphere.

Their debut album Tombs of the Blind Dead was recorded, mixed, and mastered at Ignite Studio, with cover art by underground legend Dimitar Nikolov.

About the video
The visual concept of “Ghost Galleon” pays homage to the 1974 classic horror film El Buque Maldito (The Ghost Galleon) by Amando de Ossorio, re-edited and remastered as a dark cinematic tribute to the legacy of ‘70s European horror.
All footage was edited to align with the song’s pacing, atmosphere, and tone — a merging of sound and vision where sea, death, and eternity collide.
