A few trains from the first couple weeks of January in 2022. We first start on Jan 2nd with the Northtown to Lincoln manifest in Independence, MN, followed by Alma coal loads just east of Waverly, MN at the famed barn shot featuring three EMD SD70Ace's on the BNSF Wayzata Sub.

On January 11th we just to Robbinsdale, MN for the Monti Local passing by the old Griswold signals with BNSF 2240 (GP38) and BNSF 3141 (GP50). The local would have to stop for CP 499 so we decided shoot that as well in Crystal, MN. CP 9702 was kicking out some good smoke. We then catch up with the Monti one more time in Brooklyn Park as the sun sets for the day.

Finally on Jan 15, we watch Twin Cities & Western's St. Paul turn come down the hill at West Division Street with three EMD GP38-2: TCWR 2011, TCWR 2013 and TCWR 2014.
